500 grams ground beef
1 medium onion, grated
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Fabrication:
Take the mince in a bowl. Grate the onion and add it to the minced meat by squeezing the juice. Crush the garlic and add it to the minced meat.
Add the spices, tomato paste and salt and knead all the ingredients.
Cut walnut-sized pieces from the meatball mortar you have prepared and roll them with your hands to give the shape of meatballs.
Preheat the grill and place the meatballs on the grill.
