2 eggplants

1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of flour

1 glass of water Milk

5 glasses of water

How to Make Roasted Eggplant Soup Recipe?

Eggplant is roasted on the stove and its skin is peeled and cut into small pieces.

Add butter and flour to the pan and fry.

Add the finely chopped eggplant and mix.

I added 1 glass of milk and 5 glasses of water on top. Adjust the consistency by adding little by little.

When our soup boils, add salt and crush it with a blender. It is made smooth.

Top it with butter and chili peppers and eat it with pleasure.
