Materials:
500 g pasta
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of thyme
1 pinch of black pepper
Fabrication:
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Finely chop the garlic too.
Grate the tomatoes.
Take olive oil in a pan and heat it.
Add the onions and fry them.
Add the garlic and continue frying.
Add the grated tomatoes to the pan and mix.
Add the tomato paste and mix.
Add the salt, sugar, pepper and thyme.
Cook the sauce on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Drain the boiled pasta and add it to the sauce.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve hot pasta with Neapolitan sauce.
